She was very knowledgeable and was able to update our credit card on file and troubleshoot our connection speed. I really appreciate the responsive and effective customer service you provide in addition to the reliable Internet connection.

Mercury provided excellent service and was very pleasant throughout the process. They inspected the network, antenna, and router, pinpointed the issue, and recommended a router reboot. As soon as it restarted, everything was functioning normally again. Very satisfied with the support.

I have been a customer of Mercury Wireless since the company was founded. I have never had a bad experience. Recently, I updated my services. Two young men worked nearly all day to install an extensive length of cable underground and new equipment. These young men are courteous, efficient, hard working and will treat your home and property carefully. I want Mercury Wireless to know these employees are a tremendous asset. Even if another service was less costly in my area I would not switch from Mercury Wireless.
