The customer service rep I spoke to regarding the gift card issue was VERY helpful and sat with me through the entire process. I have been hunting down the gift card that I should have had 2 weeks ago and have called pretty much every other day, and all the other reps blew me off and did not help whatsoever. Sky was so friendly today and I appreciate everything that she did and was EXTREMELY helpful. I think maybe the other customer service reps should take some notes from Sky. I will say that I am pretty pleased with the internet Mercury offers as well as the price, however the gift card issue is very frustrating that it is so complicated to get as well as false info when receiving the gift card as to when I was supposed to receive the gift card.

Fast Fiberoptics.

My system works great with the tower near me, my neighbor across the street could never get her system to work right and went to star link. Your tec came out and told her it is all a crappy system, she tried to get me to move to starlink but I stayed and your system has worked perfect for over a year. I doubt I will see fiber since there are no homes on my road to serve, I'm sure you will do away with my wireless system in the near future.

Told me about the service and what the total cost upfront. Did not have high pressure but very nice person I talked to.

They have the best and most knowledgeable installers. We live way off in the country and they got us great internet for our location by installing a short extension on our antenna. Love these guys!

Zachary our Technician was very nice and personable. He made sure I had strong signal and was up and running with my new modem even though it was after 5pm. The 2 men that came buy to let me know Mercury was in the area were also extremely nice. I wish I remembered their names so I could mention them as well.

Daniel was very good about explaining of what to expect on install day. He also found the right plan for our needs. He had the knowledge to answer all my questions.
