Installation by your technician was wonderful. Very polite and very respectful. Don't remember his name but he should be identified and recognized for his service to Mercury. Very pleased.

Placed order on Friday, install the next day. Ethan, the technician, was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I had another company come out the day before, and their tech was clueless, and there wasn't any way I was letting him start drilling holes in my walls.

Was very friendly and act like she really cared about my problem. She put me on hold but kept me up to date on what was going on also. Kept checking back with me.

Told me about the service and what the total cost upfront. Did not have high pressure but very nice person I talked to.

They have the best and most knowledgeable installers. We live way off in the country and they got us great internet for our location by installing a short extension on our antenna. Love these guys!

Zachary our Technician was very nice and personable. He made sure I had strong signal and was up and running with my new modem even though it was after 5pm. The 2 men that came buy to let me know Mercury was in the area were also extremely nice. I wish I remembered their names so I could mention them as well.

Daniel was very good about explaining of what to expect on install day. He also found the right plan for our needs. He had the knowledge to answer all my questions.
