We just had fiber installed yesterday, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish! I originally submitted a request a few months ago and received regular updates, which kept everything on track.

Danielle reached out to set up our services and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable—she answered all of our questions and made the process super easy.

About a week before installation, the construction crew came out and did a great job placing and burying the line exactly where we requested. On install day, Logan was our technician and he was awesome—respectful, gave us a 30-minute heads-up call, and was very courteous in our home. The install was quick and smooth, and he made sure we understood everything before leaving.

We’re very happy with both the customer service and the fiber service itself. Highly recommend!

Installers did an awesome job. They Found a good signal so we were able to have service through Mercury.

My service was set up very efficiently and he let me know a few tips if I ever have issues with the service not working properly, while also getting my auto pay set up while he was here. Just top notch service all around.

My system works great with the tower near me, my neighbor across the street could never get her system to work right and went to star link. Your tec came out and told her it is all a crappy system, she tried to get me to move to starlink but I stayed and your system has worked perfect for over a year. I doubt I will see fiber since there are no homes on my road to serve, I'm sure you will do away with my wireless system in the near future.

So far, I'm happy with the service. The tech was very respectful, on time and did a great job. Elijah was very friendly. Took some of my advice and was great with making sure it was working. I just wish I had asked him to help me set up my TV.

The techs name was Elijah and he was great! He was so kind, made us feel comfortable and walked us through the process. This man was an A+ employee. Both calls I made to the sales team were prompt and friendly. But Elijah was GREAT!! Side note: this is my 1st time having real internet in my area and this fiber and it’s SO FAST!!! Highly recommend.

Service is great. The one time we have had to have a service call they were here in a decent amount of time and they work until the issue was fixed. I highly recommend Mercury for anyone’s internet provider. I just hope they get service in the area where our church is soon because the internet service we do have there is very unreliable. Keep up the good work.

We have been with Mercury for over five years. We live in the country, and are completely dependent upon wi-fi for radio, television, and computers. If at first the service was a little unreliable, the company has made great strides in recent years. We would now never think of changing service providers.
