New customers can redeem a referral by using a unique referral link provided by a friend or by mentioning the referral code during their initial sign-up and installation.
Terms and Conditions: Mercury customers can refer others by logging in to their customer portal and emailing or sharing a referral link. New customers referred to Mercury will have their referral credit added to their account at installation. Referring customers must have an active residential account, and the account must be in good standing. Canceled accounts and accounts suspended for non-payment are ineligible. Customers cannot refer themselves. Customers cannot receive a referral credit for referring other people they reside with and/or are on the same property with. Referral credits are not transferrable or refundable and have no cash value.
