Advanced Technology Router

The Mini Momentum or Momentum router is included and installed for free with your internet plan. Featuring commercial-grade Wi-Fi 6 technology, the Momentum router covers homes up to 2,500 sq. ft., and the Mini Momentum is suitable for homes up to 1,800 sq. ft. Whole Home Wi-Fi

For homes larger than 2,500 sq. ft., Mercury Whole Home Wi-Fi offers additional coverage with mesh extenders. Whole Home Wi-Fi eliminates dead spots around your home and can even extend connectivity to outdoor spaces such as a workshop, patio or pool.

Tech Assurance Plan

Included with Enhanced plans, the Tech Assurance Plan covers up to $500 per year in charges for accidental damage to Mercury equipment or cabling and service calls for equipment and connectivity problems.

Static IP Address

A static IP address is useful for many small businesses, remote workers using a VPN, or those hosting websites or online services. Add it to any plan for $10/month.

I would like to say first and foremost that Daniel and Preston did a great job getting things set up and working. Their communication was top notch and they were both very knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is that they damaged my HVAC unit outside the house. They came to me immediately and let me know. They took all the steps to make sure I was aware that they were incredibly sorry and the steps I could take if there was something wrong with the unit. Overall I understand accidents happen, but it’s how you handle the accident and the steps you take from then on to correct it that make the difference. We are very pleased with their performance!

Coustomer service is easy to get ahold of and is very helpful. The Mercury app is very easy to operate and is very user-friendly. Only one little con and that is that the modem and router are two diffrent devices and not just one in the same like all others. Though they do look nice with the rest of your electronics. I velcroed the modem and router together.

I love Mercury wifi! I've had it twice now. I had left once to get Spectrum fiber (DO NOT GET SPECTRUM!!!!! They LITERALLY will NOT let you disconnect service with them unless you tell them you're moving out of the country, NO JOKE!!! read Spectrum reviews & store reviews here.) I left Spectrum to go back to Mercury because their service is better & there's no pressure over ANYTHING! I've had them for 8 years now. They're the best!

We had had Brights..... for a long time. In July we stop receiving services and were promised technicians three times, they never came. We were without Internet for two months. When we signed up for Mercury, the technicians came two days early and did an amazing job communicating with us and installing all the cabling. The day of our appointment, the tech arrived, hooked us up and before he left, he made sure everything was working properly. We have had great internet ever since. We're very happy we switched.

The technician was awesome! I marked a spot on the outside of the home as to where I wanted him to drill. I didn't realize that he was going to drill from the inside out. He asked me if the spot he picked on the inside was good. I agreed. He drilled, and when we went outside to see where the hole was, it was within an inch of the spot I picked - uncanny! Pretty awesome and he was very helpful in getting everything set up. I waited a few weeks before submitting this review so I could experience the service. Everything has been great!
