Step 1

Mercury’s hassle-free installation process starts with a home survey. On the day of your scheduled installation, a technician will assess your property to determine the best placement for your equipment to ensure maximum coverage.

Step 2

Our technicians bring fiber-optic cables from the central network to a utility box on your property, then connect them to an Optical Network Terminal (ONT) inside your home.

Step 3

After installation, they run a full performance check to make sure your new fiber connection is fast, reliable and ready to use. Once your service is up and running, the technician will set up the Mercury @ Home app on your phone, which lets you test signal speeds and manage your Wi-Fi network.
