We’ve had Mercury for quite a while and have, for the most part, been satisfied. The speed is decent and the price is very reasonable. Recently I had set up an appointment to have our Internet moved from our current home to the home we’re moving to. The first person I spoke to, evidently, only set up for our Internet to be disconnected. When I found out that we had no reconnection appointment scheduled, I called and spoke to Tina. She was very helpful and understanding and it seemed that she tried very hard to get me the soonest appointment she could. I really appreciated her calmness and kindness, as I was a little flustered and annoyed.

Had satellite provider for years I will never go back. I was very skeptical at first and thought we would just give it a trial, Mercury Fiber is awesome! Fast and reliable. Thank you, Mercury Fiber.

The technician that was scheduled was tied up with issues at another site and was going to be very late. Aaron had finished for the day and agreed to come and do our install. He was amazing. We have a very long driveway and it was incredibly hot out, even after the long day he had already had, he was pleasant, professional and made sure we knew how to work everything before he left.

My system works great with the tower near me, my neighbor across the street could never get her system to work right and went to star link. Your tec came out and told her it is all a crappy system, she tried to get me to move to starlink but I stayed and your system has worked perfect for over a year. I doubt I will see fiber since there are no homes on my road to serve, I'm sure you will do away with my wireless system in the near future.

We just had fiber installed yesterday, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish! I originally submitted a request a few months ago and received regular updates, which kept everything on track.

Danielle reached out to set up our services and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable—she answered all of our questions and made the process super easy.

About a week before installation, the construction crew came out and did a great job placing and burying the line exactly where we requested. On install day, Logan was our technician and he was awesome—respectful, gave us a 30-minute heads-up call, and was very courteous in our home. The install was quick and smooth, and he made sure we understood everything before leaving.

We’re very happy with both the customer service and the fiber service itself. Highly recommend!
