I had 2 technicians the first one was Anthony he came out a week ago to install my internet but unfortunately you guys ran out of cable which was no big deal they were out the next day to run cable and then I was able to reschedule it for the following Saturday which our new technician was Rawlin They were both so informative so considerate both of them were awesome technicians I would recommend them to anybody if they were to get Mercury fiber I've only had this for a few hours but I'm very impressed with it so far. Both of the technicians explained everything that they were going to be doing.

A special shout-out to Zachary, who drove 126 miles to make sure my install was done right—his dedication really stood out. I also reached out to customer service, and the representative I spoke with was so kind and helpful. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and friendly.
